Damaged Goods

Our policy is that visitors shouldn't damage anything.  Don't break it, don't get it dirty, don't let your kid carve his initials in it. If you (or your children) damage it, please pay for it.  It's on the honor system so we trust you to confess and pay., Thanks in advance for understanding!


Sorry, but the Shops at Marlborough Barn has an absolute no-return policy.  All sales are final.


We're a local small business catering to our area and don't have provisions for shipping.  If you want us to try, call Mary at 860-578-8175 and ask.  While we can't promise, we'll be happy to try to accommodate you if we can.
